It's been a busy couple of weeks. Once again, I've had the opportunity to speak with Realtors from all over the country, and the old adage still rings true..."all real estate is local". The differences in markets around the country is remarkable. Where one area may be climbing out of the mortgage crisis mess, another is still sinking lower, while yet another area has never felt the effect. Around the twin cities we can count ourselves fortunate. Although we have a lot of foreclosures and short sales we're dealing with, compared to other areas of the country, this is a walk in the park.
Speaking of parks, how bout that new Twins ball park. What a beautiful place to play ball.
