Rhythm Of The Rain

Looking out the window at work today where I normally see an inspiring view of downtown Minneapolis, I could barely see across the road to the airport. It seemed as if it rained all day...which brought to mind the old Bill Cosby bit about God talking to Noah and saying that He wants Noah to build an arc, and Noah replies "What's an arc?" Okay, so maybe you had to be there. I was thinking of Bill Cosby because I heard that he's coming to one of the casinos in the area. I've never seen him live, but have always enjoyed his particular sense of humor. So God says to to Noah "I want you to build it 60 cubits by 100 cubits...and Noah says ...wait for it..."what's a cubit?" Okay, I'd best leave it to Mr Cosby. Speaking of rain though, I heard Dan Fogelberg's version of "Rhythm Of The Rain" the other day and got inspired to work it up for the next time I get to play someplace. Another oldie but goodie to add to the collection. Hope you stayed dry today while listening to the rhythm of the falling rain.
